Welcome to my new website – my first one. The sweet folks at Portlandia threw a fundraiser at In Other Words feminist community center (Portland, OR) on August 20th, while my labia sculptures were on display for the entire month. Then guess what? They sent me a release which I signed allowing them to use my art in one of their new shows – which are due to be released starting January. I figured I’d better have a website up before the avalanche of interest swells after people see my art on the show. Who knows what will happen? I certainly don’t.
I’ll add my ‘artist statement’ when I return from a two week honeymoon vacation with my sweetie celebrating our one year anniversary.
